Korekce plamenem se nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pouze p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b materi\u00e1l\u016f, ale m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 pou\u017eita ke korekci deformace struktury ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm procesu. Proto\u017ee je korekce plamene pohodln\u00e1 a flexibiln\u00ed, n\u00e1klady jsou n\u00edzk\u00e9, tak\u017ee se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed vlastnosti plechov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f maj\u00ed tepeln\u00e9 smr\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed za studena smr\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159i lok\u00e1ln\u00edm oh\u0159evu se zah\u0159\u00edvan\u00fd materi\u00e1l zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 a nafukuje, ale vzhledem k okoln\u00edm materi\u00e1l\u016fm s n\u00edzkou teplotou, proto br\u00e1n\u00ed, oh\u0159evu kovu tlakov\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm, kdy\u017e je teplota oh\u0159evu 600 - 700 \u2103, tlakov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159ekra\u010duje mez kluzu materi\u00e1lu p\u0159i teplot\u011b, produkuje kompresn\u00ed deformaci. Korekce plamenem m\u00e1 opravit p\u016fvodn\u00ed deformaci pomoc\u00ed nov\u00e9 deformace zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 lok\u00e1ln\u00edm zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm kovu. Proto je kl\u00ed\u010dem zvl\u00e1dnout korekci plamene, abychom porozum\u011bli z\u00e1konu deformace zp\u016fsoben\u00e9mu lok\u00e1ln\u00edm oh\u0159evem plamene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed obr\u00e1zek ukazuje deformaci ocelov\u00e9ho plechu, \u00fahlov\u00e9 oceli a T-oceli b\u011bhem a po zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed. R\u016fzn\u00e9 polohy oh\u0159evu mohou korigovat deformaci v r\u016fzn\u00fdch sm\u011brech a poloha oh\u0159evu by m\u011bla b\u00fdt zvolena v del\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti kovov\u00e9ho vl\u00e1kna, tj. Vn\u011b ohybov\u00e9 deformace materi\u00e1lu.
